Building a Brand as Intelligent as Its Vision

Fyusion was conceived in 2014 by a group of San Francisco-based scientists and engineers conducting research into computer vision, artificial intelligence and robotics. This research led to a set of applied technologies that would allow anyone with a smartphone to capture compelling 3D images, exceeding the limitations of traditional 2D imagery. Not only does the new file format allow users to view and interact with these 3D images on any device or browser, each .fyuse captures additional critical subject data – all within extremely compressed file sizes.

While Fyusion found immediate success in the automotive and ecommerce sectors, they saw the potential for growth in numerous other sectors. The company turned to Concrete to help them achieve this goal. The project involved developing a narrative that positioned Fyusion as a leader in imaging AI as well as clearly articulating its product offering and benefits. This was conveyed in a new visual identity system across the company and its many products.

The Existing Brand

Built in an ad hoc manner over several years, the Fyusion brand had become disjointed and did not adequately reflect the company’s advancements in technology or innovative products.

Fyusion Brand Language API

The visual identity system is a set of distilled, modular parts. Unapologetically digital colours contrast the subdued grey canvas. The bold custom display typeface, Fyusion Gothic, brands the technologies and products. And, the precise iconography distills Fyusion’s technology for immediate understanding.
